• Dogs will be confirmed as booked in on completion and receipt of the booking form and a paid non-refundable 50% deposit. The full balance must paid in cash on arrival or via bank transfer prior to arrival. We do not accept Debit or Credit Cards. Please enquire with us if wanting to pay by cheque.
  • We only board a maximum of seven dogs at a time so they get all of the individual care and attention they deserve.
  • We take any breed and any size of dog as long as they are friendly towards humans and other dogs.
  • We ALWAYS ask for proof of up-to-date inoculations against DISTEMPER, HEPATITIS, LEPTOSPIROSIS, PARVOVIRUS AND KENNEL COUGH. New vaccination courses must have been completed at least 10 days before arrival. In the case of kennel cough vaccine, it can be administered up to 10 days before arrival.
  • Each time a dog is boarded with us, an up-to-date certificate must be produced.
  • Dogs must be worm treated.
  • All animals must be fit and in good healthy condition when entering the hotel.
  • We only accept dogs that are house trained and well behaved (No howlers, growlers or fence jumpers etc).
  • As we provide a very unique and sought-after experience for your beloved best friend, we advise that you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • Although we can provide food for an extra charge, we prefer that you supply your own dog food to avoid a diet change and possible upset tummy.
  • We ask that you bring some clean, familiar toys and or blankets with you for your dog’s stay.
  • We have a very good working relationship with our local vet, however, in the very unlikely event of us having to consult a vet, we would always try to contact you for instruction…except in an emergency. We reserve the right to consult a veterinary surgeon should we feel it necessary, the signing of our booking form and conditions gives us your consent to do so.
  • In the event of a veterinary visit, you hereby give us permission to divulge your contact details for full payment of outstanding fees.
  • A collar and identity disc/tag must be worn by your dog for the duration of his/her stay. The dog must not be able to slip the collar.
  • We are fully insured for public liability.
  • Any additional charges incurred must paid prior to the dog(s) being checked out.
  • In the event of a dog(s) being collected before the check-out date, no refund will be given.
  • Whilst on our premises, you must keep your dog on a lead as we can accept no liability for loss or injury. Whilst in our care your dog will be strictly supervised when around other dogs or humans. Please inform us at check in if you would like your dog to not have contact with other dogs.
  • Dogs are to be checked in and collected within our designated times (between 9am and 12pm). This is to avoid disruption of the daily routine. A full daily charge will be payable for collection on any day after 12pm unless prior arrangement is agreed.
  • Dogs will only be allowed to share a suite when coming from the same family home. This is at the owner’s risk and it is agreed upon signature of the terms and conditions that we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to any animal.
  • Dogs will not be checked in until a full contact name, number and address and a secondary emergency name, number and contact has been given.
  • We reserve the right to ask owners to remove difficult or dangerous dogs, in the event of this happening, no refund will be given.
  • The checking in and payment for board of a dog(s) confirms understanding and agreement to all of the terms herein.
